Painters Island Caravan Park is located just a short walk over the footbridge from the Wangaratta CBD, close to all major supermarkets, speciality shops, cafes and restaurant precinct. We are situated on 20 acres of picturesque land on the banks of the Ovens River. It is the perfect location to base yourself while you head out and explore our region. From bushwalking, to cycling, fishing, golf, 4-wheel Driving, heading out to visit the local winery and restaurants, or simply just relaxing with family and friends. Try your luck with a spot of fishing in the Ovens River, or get the group together for a BBQ in the Camp Kitchen or challenge the family to a game of Tennis or Basketball.
